I've only been here 5 months and the rental market is so cut throat its not even funny. Shit wil appear in the paper one day and be gone the next. So here is the real deal. I live here year round and am looking for people who do the same. You looking for a ski season rental? sorry, wrong place. Fully secured and employed, I am in search of people who can be here all year, as I am looking to jump into a year lease. If you are a like minded individual, then definitely respond. I deal with w/e shit I can during the summers and work on the breck park crew during the winters. Weekdays should be mellow, and down for whatever on weekends. I have a $6k home theater system so respectul roomies are appreciated. Lookin for something as early as sept 12 to oct 1st. Holla back.
