Photo Comment Problem

I've noticed a problem in posting comments on one of my photos.

I've noticed jeff tried to post a comment, possibly about the A&W banner. Then I tried to write "A&W?" but only the "A" was posted then the bloody SPAM BUSTER 2000 told me no posting, after the page reloaded, I tried finishing the comment and it just froze up on me.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I just tried to type A&W but it only typed A but when I typed A and W it worked just fine.. maybe something up with the & symbol?
