so i believe i have outgrown my 169 public enemys and im looking for a new pair. im 6'2'' 170 and am a good all mountain skier. would like a pair to handle backcountry pow, east coast ice, and fairly large jumps. not much of a rail guy, although ill do the occasional box. and if anyone is looking to trade for 169 publics let me know. thanks NS
First thing that came to mind was the 4FRNT MSP as pretty much a go everywhere do everything ski. Skimming through the thread, the Line Blend and the moment Tahoe are also both really great skis. All three skis are very go everywhere do evreything skis. They are all reasonably stiff but not too stiff to have fun with in the park. I know for a fact that the Blend and the Tahoe are sidewall skis so they will have great edge hold and manage the east coast ice well. I am almost positve the MSP is sidewall as well... but dont quote me on that. Finally... all these skis have plenty of width to float any snow you would get on the east coast, be great if you do any traveling, all while still being plenty managable on the groomers. i.e. the waist width will not get in the way of east coast all mountian skiing. Any of those skis would work for you... amoungst others
