With pepper spray though you have to point...aim...fire. With a gun you point...aim...fire. I'll clarify this for you though...I'm not going to take my gun out in the middle of a mall, a crowded parking lot or in the middle of NYC. I'm pretty sure in a scenery such as those a person would be less likely to attack, but if someone were to attack I'm also pretty sure someone would be willing to jump them and help me out. My gun is for my property and when I am walking to my truck at 10pm by myself in a parking lot.
So with lots of people around - no gun.
By myself - gun.
i love how republicans base their image off of family values, when this woman has a 4 month old baby with downsyndrome, and she's like PEACE! im runnin fo vice bitchhhhhhhh
Two little things for reading today... First, that corruption scandal about using her office to fire her ex brother in law. Palin had better hope this doesn't have time to go through before election day.
"Palin is likely to be deposed soon in the case, according to State Sen.
Hollis French, who leads the state Senate's Legislative Counsel
Committee.
French's committee unanimously authorized an investigation into the dismissal of the state's public safety commissioner, Walt Monegan, who claims he balked at pressure to remove Trooper Mike Wooten, who had an acrimonious divorce from Palin's sister.
"I saw e-mails from [independent investigator Stephen]
Branchflower two days ago to the Department of Law saying it's time to
schedule a deposition of the governor, her chief of staff and the
attorney general who had some contact with the case," French tells
ABCNews.com."

Secondly, from earlier this month: Palin ENDORSES Senator Obama's energy plan! So... um... what about McCain's energy plan?
Palin Pleased with Obama's Energy Plan
Includes Alaska's Natural Gas Reserves Print Now Printer Friendly
No. 08-135
August 4, 2008, Fairbanks, Alaska - Governor Sarah Palin today responded to the energy plan put forward by the presumptive Democratic nominee for President, Illinois Senator Barack Obama.
"I am pleased to see Senator Obama acknowledge the huge potential Alaska’s natural gas reserves represent in terms of clean energy and sound jobs," Governor Palin said. "The steps taken by the Alaska State Legislature this past week demonstrate that we are ready, willing and able to supply the energy our nation needs."
In a speech given in Lansing, Michigan, Senator Obama called for the completion of the Alaska natural gas pipeline, stating, "Over the next five years, we should also lease more of the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska for oil and gas production. And we should also tap more of our substantial natural gas reserves and work with the Canadian government to finally build the Alaska natural gas pipeline, delivering clean natural gas and creating good jobs in the process."
Governor Palin also acknowledged the Senator’s proposal to offer $1,000 rebates to those struggling with the high cost of energy.
"We in Alaska feel that crunch and are taking steps to address it right here at home," Governor Palin said. "This is a tool that must be on the table to buy us time until our long-term energy plans can be put into place. We have already enjoyed the support of Alaska Senator Ted Stevens, and it is gratifying to see Senator Obama get on board."
I have no problem with ppl carrying guns. If I could carry a concealed pistol, I would, but CT laws make it a process, so I haven't, yet. Obama is for gun control, not disarmament, which I support. Why not put more control on guns? Would you just hand out driver's licenses to anyone who wants one, without knowing if they know what the 'D' means on an autoshift? Same applies to guns. I wouldn't give anyone a gun without knowing for sure that they're responsible, and that's what control means. Obama stands for the constitution, which says that we have a right to bear arms, so it's worldplay when people associate him with barring guns, he simply wants to regulate how ppl get them. Anyone with sense knows that a nation without guns won't stop killing, a nation without killers would stop killing.
On another note, if a friend of yours was raped and impregnated, would you support her right to abort the pregnancy? Palin's sense leads her to say 'no', which is certianly not sensible enough to run this country.
I bet she wouldn't let a girl get an abortion if that happened, but if you are a teen having unprotected sex and you get pregnant - that's your fault. If the condom fails or the pills fails you still should pay the consequences. Rape is another thing.
This is just getting too amusing. HAHA! Think what you want, Drew dawling.
