DC Area ppl: Ski chalet Dilly in Chantilly Sale?

Does this still go on? it looks like Ski Chalet has been bought out by someone, and I am wondering if anything is going on with them especially this event (The Dilly in Chantilly in Virginia). It's a huge warehouse ski sale; Glenn Plank was there the last time I went (a while back). Thanks ahead of time for added info.
