rubber topsheet?

I was at my local shop yesterday, and we were talking abut the armadas, and he said they were putting a completely scratch resistant topsheet on them made out of rubber. is this bullshit? Ive never heard of it before

well rossi had a semi hard rubber on the scratch...but i haven't heard of any armada ski that has that type of top sheet

if they do it, im pretty sure that its to quell vibration. i had a pair of nordicas with a rubbery topsheet and it peeled a ton if you hit your edge on it

I heard and seen that the rubber top sheets full apart last year people on here were saying that the Scratch's were falling apart so I think that is stupid every ski company should stay with a normal top sheet.

yeah some line(1269s and mavrick i think) and nordicas have them. it is partly to dampen vibration and is a little more resistant to scratches. i think they have improved it too(less peelable).

well i ive got the ordinary glansy topsheet on my scratches and they are falling appart to so rubber or the glansy shit w-ever they suck both.. get sponsored and forget about it

keep your legs further apart and they wont peel. They only peel if you bash the edges against the side, and that means your skiing with your feet together.

My Scratches Have Rubber Topsheets. I hear good things. Haven't skied them yet tho
Skiing is bigger than snowboarding. Espn just doesn't want to shock the people of plannet earth into thinking that humans can fly
