"Afterbang" was created by snowboarders after they would land a jump sketch and ride out and save it.....that is "afterbang" . But there isnt a certain way or style to create an afterbang. Its called landing and skiing away. some kids just overdue it to look retarded. So please stop worrying about afterbang cause kids have been "AFTERBANGING" for years.......its called landing a stezzy trick well. not after banginng a trick.
