Handbrake+ itunes help

i just used handbrake to get idea onto itunes. that worked fine but now it wont sync onto my itouch. it saying my ipod dosent support it or somthing.

under the "kind" it says mpeg-4 video file

Is there an option in handbrake to export in ipod-compatible format? I don't remember the application, but if you didn't check that option or whatever, just try converting it using isquint (free).

haha i tunes has an option to convert it to ipod format. so its all good.
