Yeah dude I saw him blow away the 100m field. Shit was ridiculous he had like a 7m lead and began to celebrate. How the fuck does that happen in a 100m race? God damn Jamaicans are ridiculous they are dominating this year.

I think he should have to run backwards.




on another note, its crazy, if you watch him he looks like hes not even trying. his face isnt all tense and his legs dont move super fast compared to the other runners, he takes like super long strides. guy is fuckin nuts. but he should shatter the record now, just in case he gets in an accident or something hes pretty stupid for not if its in his ability

that lil rasta is more like insane bolt.  there was an espn segment on him in sportscenter and they were saying that if they took 19.30 (his 200m time) and converted it to a 40m dash that they run for the nfl combine, he wouldve run a 3.57.  the fastest this year was a 4.24 and reggie bush runs like a 4.3. the fastest people in the league run like 4.3s.  but its kind of unfair, cause they have the same distance to accelerate to full speed, but the 200m race has more time at top speed, and the 40m dash has a larger portion that is just acceleration.  get it?  one love brudda, ya se'en?

msot sprinters took steroids at some point in there life if I believe what I read and heard during my tiem in university.

I also think thatCarl Lewis admitted taking performance enhancing substance when he won the medal after ben johnson got dsq from doping.


Anyway Bolt definatly defied common sense by beating the UNBEATABLE world record from johnson into a decent headwind.

actually i have, 200M in 24,5 seconds back in gr 8, long looong time ago, i know your supposed to take long strides ect, but you can still take long strides while kicking your legs hard, and to kick your legs hard and fast you have to be tense to a certain extent. If you watch all the other runners they are pretty fuckin tense, usain is just an exception cause he has like 5 foot long legs.
