Ok so I was watching the olympic womens marathon on CBC today and the chick kept on going about how hot and humid it was, and she said it was 25C, and 75% humidity. That got me thinking about what would happen at 100% humidity??
Would it just start raining, or would it just dump water out of nowhere, what would happen? And is it possible to go over 100%?
