just got down here a week ago to do my instructors course and havent really met anyone who speaks english, ride Back country and knows what there doing!

well i got some face shots this morning but it had gone crud by lunch. really odd weather at the moment. the base is shit but the top 500 vertical meters is good shiz.

yea i met a guy staying with the sas guys yeasterday. and have scene a shed load of pro's about. pep coedy etc. havent manged to talk to them yet but theres a buch af really nice guys from norway about, filming for a big air or something. but there a little busy to be showing an unknown english kid around me thinks.

my boy is down in bariloche if you want i could hook you up with him, but either way, cerro catedral is dirty, if you havent already check out la laguna its fucking dirt for being a 20 minute hike then the trees on the skiers far far left i forget what chair they are off of its 2 to the right of nubes

no i havent yet. the weater is so bad welll good cos its dumping but venturing out of bouds in bad visibility doesnt rock my world but went dow throught the trees this morning on a fresh 10 inches.

a hook up would be sweet man as i really want to ride with someone and start pushing myslef as im not really pushing myself at the moment.

i ski with him alot in the states after meeting him in pc.

No hate, I was actually curious about how that works.  I'm heading down to argentina/chile for a few months next year. I saw they had lots of instructing work. If you're certified in the states do you have to get re certified? Did you look in to any other places?  Do you like your job... or job training?

hey snowcones, yeah there is lots of sweet skiing in cerro catedral.  But... be careful i wouldn't head over to laguna w/o someone who knows there way around there. None of that is avy controlled and some of that stuff at bottom is steep. Muy peligroso! I would stick to nubes chair (if it's open) and those trees way over on skier right, i can't remember what they call that. Bariloche is really cool as is all of argentina, but be careful.

i belive if your certified to instrust by an organisation that is recognised by the ISIA then you dont have to get re certified. there are some countrys such as france where you have to do speed tests in skiing and frestyle in snoboarding.

thanks for the advice lemmyski have now witnessed two avalanches in 12 days, and thinks got a bit sketchy this afternoon for myself but im still hear. yea nubes chair is sick (when its open if ever) but the out of bounds is to tempting so take every posible measure and kiss your own arse when droping in then once again when you find a good exit point.
