me and my friend were hitting a jump that someone had built on the side of the trail, and one run I decided to sit it out, and skied by the jump while my friend hit it. I was a little ahead of him. anyway I go past the jump and see a freaking raccoon sitting right in the landing. I'm shouting NOOOOOO DON"T HIT IT, but my friend (no_steeze_in_NY) doesn't hear me. He hits the jump, and luckily barely clears our little buddy. We both start laughing hysterically. The raccoon hissed at us and ran off into the woods, where [Bree] and some people she was with saw it while hiking.

Someone made the mistake of giving me and a friend the job of painting the halfpipe and slopestyle at the Orage open two or three years ago.
Some pretty sweet pictures got lost on the field. Mainly giant dinosaurs eating snowboarders, that kind of thing.

TJ Schiller did ride up next to me getting onto the lift at the bottom, shake my hand and say 'Hey, I'm TJ'. Pretty intense for a kid from NZ who's never met a pro before :o

Some sort of metal bar i am told is used for "Jibbing"

But seriously, I found a sombrero (sp?) next to a box with suspenders so it could be worn with "I AM A ROBOT! U R N00B!" written on it, i wore it for the rest of the day.
