id much rather trust a helmet for safety for that, esp when helmets are cheaper. However that material is pretty interesting, has a lot of potential. Good find.

My friend rides for d3o and the whole demo with the putty is complete bullshit, it doesn't act like that when it's in its solid state.

For sure, I hope they develop it into nicer products. I bet they could incorporate that into a helmet to make it super protective.
