Replying to My new set up

So last year i rode on a pair of 179 hellbents with marker jester bindings. But this year i got some line anthems so here is my plan: Take the jesters off the bents and put them on the anthems which i plan to use just for the park, then get some AT bindings and put them on the bents get some skins and do some major back country action this year.

I have a few questions, First can you even put skins on the bents and will there be any issues with drilling new holes?

Second do AT bindings require AT boots because that might put me over the edge money wise?

Finally if i say out of the park on the bents can i sacrifice quality for cheaper AT bindings keeping in mind i do love dropping cliffs (not anything to crazy 20-40 foot range)
