Vimeo has the best quality (HD) and Youtube has crap quality (320x240x15fps). If you have no idea what Im talking about, heres the short summery; Youtube is crap but has lots of viewers ready to watch you vids, Vimeo has superb qaulity but I don't know anyone who regularly visets Vimeo. If your using one of these serveces (which are both free) for NS, I'd go with Vimeo. Hope this helps!

both, when you are linking to your video, use the vimeo link but on youtube you will get more coverage. Try puting the vimeo link in the youtube discription
