Do you know what DMT is? if so...

A drug that it synthesized with certain plants and natural substances found throughout the world.

The drug is most commonly produced inside the human brain stem in the first 28 days of life as a baby. After that point, It is stored in the brain and is only released upon brain/body communication stating that the body is dead. The DMT is released throughout your brain and system, numbing pain, freeing the mind and drifting your subconscious off into the land of death.

This is why some people make claims to "Having seen the light at the end of the tunnel" or having an out of body experience.

When smoked, The trip usually lasts about 15-20 seconds (much like the lesser-extreme psychadelic, Salvia) but it seems like much more. The drug seperates the wall between your subconscious and conscious mind, Essentially causing you to dream while wide awake.
Upon "waking", you feel like a million bucks, better than any cocaine or MDMA you could ever find, Essentially, You are re-born.

i know right. I know this one kid at my school who did it by accident and he said that it felt like his body had died, but his mind left his body and he felt complete euphoria. anything he imagined it appeared, but if he tried to touch it, it would disappear so he just appreciated everything that was infront of him.  then after someone woke him up he snapped back into reality, and said it changed his life.  I can tell that he's alot happier now too which is kind of sketchy to think about since he basically tells me it changes his personality, but hes fresh more than ever now though, friendly to everyone even to kids he didnt like. weird, but im down to try it

thats awesome but can you imagine if someone had a bad trip on that stuff? if it could do that much good for someones life, then i imagine it could really fuck up someones life too.

ive never heard of anyone having a bad trip, but i dont even want to think about how fucked up you would be after you came out of that. imagine, what you're seeing is life after death, and if its something horrible, i think that something like that could really play with your head.

we have a friend whos planning on trying it.
no idea how hes getting it but thats what he told me anyway.

anyone know the sideeffects? like what does it do thats bad for you?

sounds fuckin amazing and me and my friends have talked about it a lot reading about it is really cool too.

isnt it what cause your subcounsious to dream too? i heard everytime you dream your having a small dmt trip

My roommates make it.  I've watched them do it and it looks crazy.  They say really good things about it but i don't think i would do it.

one of my buddy's did it 4 or 5 years ago at college, he did not have a good "trip" .  ended up running around campus naked and getting arrested and spending like 3 months in jail when it came down to it.  but ive done it as well and had a fine time,  its just like any other psychedelic for the most part,  usually a good trip but sometimes a bad one.

im going to tell you right now... only try DMT if youre VERY comfortable with acid.... it may only last a short time but when youre tripping it seems like years

I actually know a pretty good bit about it.
It's extremely hard to find, especially if you're in a small town.

I recommend waiting until you know that you're ready to do it.
It's not a drug to take lightly, not because of physical effects, but because of psychological ones.

if anyone has done actual DMT (not the lab-created alternative) please share.

i think that was icepointa, i think that was his name. I remember him cause he had a jim morrison icon. That DMT sounds like good stuff. I would much rather pay for a super condensed 15 minuted trip rather than a drawn out dose of acid.

haha no doubt.
that's why i think it's a really strange drug.
in the human lifetime, DMT is produced in mass in birth, death, and dreaming
essentially the three most mysterious things in a human life.

which is also partly why i wonder the significance of the true DMT trip
most accounts of true DMT are very very similar and usually involve some sort of god or other new or strange identity
and the times when DMT is produced in the human body make me wonder if any of the trip could be true or part of another reality or dimension?
haha just thoughts though...

Don't get caught. It'll cost you alot of money to stay out of prison, haha.

But seriously....try it if you get the chance. Make sure you get a full 50mg in about 15 seconds though or you won't get the full effect. Use a free-base pipe. Make one or ask a crackhead for one.

You wouldn't be able to smoke enough to overdose before you lost the ability to hit a pipe, but if you took an maoi (syrian rue, etc) and then ate alot of it or drank an ayausca brew (sp?) you might get too much to handle. I've never heard of anyone overdosing on DMT though.

There have been moments where I was completely sober and would hallucinate randomly and could not tell whether or not I was dreaming. Is this normal?

probably your meds, i remember having to pick a certain someone up in the middle of the night because those nasty gremlins were running around the bushes again.... or you could just be day dreaming. its totally normal.

Pretty crazy shit, I've wanted to try it for awhile and I've never gotten the opportunity. Definitely don't skip out on acid for DMT though, it's not the same thing.. it's not just a 15-minute condensed version of LSD, you can move around and think and do shit and have some idea what the fuck is going on when you're tripping on acid... DMT is a whole different animal.

haha I wasn't seeing Gremlins, I was seeing people in the woods that weren't there.

And this has happened recently, and I have been off those meds for like 4 months. It wasn't like a mushroom trip where your body is being massaged by neon rainbows constantly and multiple dimensions of time are occuring at once or anything crazy like that.

Physically, I am completely lucid, and coherent...only I see things that don't exist.

Does anyone know if this is the same drug that hunter s. thompson tried in the book or movie fear and loathing in las vegas? I remember that the lawyer said it was from the pineal gland and that it made mescaline seem like child's play. But I also remember that it was in a liquid form and the stuff you guys seem to be talking about can only be smoked?
