Northstar?

northstar is gnar shit.... i went there on tuesday with my stumpjumper and the whole time i wanted a downhill...  with that said it's a lot of fun still.  I would avoid the double blacks (karpiel dogbone, etc) but the single blacks are fun but i'd say forget about it this yera and just go the beginning of next summer when the trails aren't beat to shit.  right now theyre all pretty rutted and powdery and rocks all over them from so much use.  however, livewire is sick--its irrigated so the dirt is still mostly compact and the jumps are way fun, i never really took them all the way because its my first time doing that shit and i was just trying to get a feel for it...     but yea it's definitely worth the 40 bucks to ride the lifts all day, my arms were like spaghetti by the end of the day though.
oh and gypsy has some gnar gnar shit on it but boondocks is just ridiculous.  i'd love to see someone whos actually good just rip those trails because i cant imagine even doing it, especially with my stumpjumper
