So does anyone think my knee is fucked?

alright i know nobody can tell for sure, but i figure there is a lot of experience as far knee problems haha. okay this has been going on for about a year now, but lately it's been getting worse. between skiing, soccer and my trampoline i think my knee really needs checked out. i'm not too sure about tearing anything but let me give some "symptoms" here...
usually after a quick 15 minute tramp sesh, my knee is bothering me. not really hindering what i do or anything, but the pain is there.
skiing truthfully, i don't feel much pain in my knee during or after skiing. unless it's a gnarly crash or bad landing.
now soccer, soccer fucks with my knee so bad. after a hard day of running on my knee (like conditioning) or a serious game. my knee is in serious pain 30 minutes after. to the point of not being able to put much wait on it at all and having trouble walking around the house.
but by tomorrow it will basically be better, or for the most part.
so what do you guys think? i really don't want to see a doctor until after ski season. cause i have soccer now which i can't miss and skiing is a definite no miss thing you know? and if my mom finds out something really is wrong she'll make me have a surgery or something which i can't risk missing. just want to see where i stand here. maybe.

go to a physiotherapist. docs are lame, hospitals are lame, waiting is lame.

try getting a brace or it might be lax ligaments. i have that its basically when your ligaments are too big/stretched out to hold your knee together properly hence the brace is needed. but def. get it checked out because it cn only get worse most likley. adn that could mean no more skiing or restriced like no freestyle.

you may jsut have partially torn stuff, get it checked out NOW becuse you really would'nt wanna miss ski season, it will get worse if you have a bad landing the risk of actually tearing something is a lot higher (supposing its just a partially torn thing).
Knees are very delicate and important, if it hurts too much then ice it after practice for about 15 min. Other than that I'd say definitely get it checked out before its too late.
I didint get it checked last winter and this season I tore my acl and mcl completely idk if it had something to do with the pain i had b4. Good luck!

well you see here is the thing, i'm not going to go to anyone for it until after ski season. unless of course it gets a lot worse. this year in soccer i really need to play (junior year) and me and our senior striker both have scouts looking out for us at almost all our games. not trying to claim, just a reason why i can't just not play.
then skiing is just skiing. i'm not missing that shit unless i HAVE to. plus i really think this year i'm going to progress a lot more and just have an all around break out year.
so unless i have no other choice, i can't see a specialist or anything till after ski season...

see a physiotherapist. seriously. my leg got fucked two days before christmas, i spent two months on crutches, not being able to ski. i got to the physio, and he thought i had a good chance that i wasn't ever going to be able to walk properly again. in three months i was running. i had one session a week with the guy, he told me i needed to use it as much as possible, which i did. he gave me acupuncture, massage, ultrasound, the works. you'll regret not going to see a specialist if a scout picks you up for soccer and then your leg falls apart a week later.

umm never just get a brace, thats the worst suggestion, its causes your knee to depend on it and weakens it further, if you get a brace, only do so by a doctors suggestion

that does seem pretty accurate. i know that once i take a "break" from soccer or whatever my knee seems to feel much better. but i don't let it heal long enough cause the pain comes back. i think i'm gonna take it easy conditioning these next two weeks and see if it feels any better.

if the pain is right under your knee cap its a partially torn miniscus, it'll be about 4 or 5 years till it's all better on its own. just deal, or get ortho.
