curved rails

What is the best way to make a curved rail. I want to make one but dont know how. If anyone has made them before, please tell any ideas. thanks.

on sm2 they used a tree and shit to make a rollercoaster, me and my friend did that, it works, just be careful

The S at our resprt is actually 2 C's welded together, but they ordered them form a company.
