It's not legal unless you have a Cannabis Club Card, which you need to obtain by a special doctor at a special clinic (if you go to San Francisco it's the easiest). But yeah a club card is about 112 dollars or something like that but after you get that it's completely legal, and you get high grade shit at the Cannabis Clubs where you can only get in with a card. And if the police stop you with weed all you have to do is show them your card and you are free.
