i've heard a lot of different stuff about this and theres probably a thread on this but i'm too lazy to search it. What is a misty 7? Is it a frontflip with a 720 rotation? or is it a frontflip with a 360? i've heard you add the rotation of the frontflip to the amount of spin. And same goes for rodeos. is a rodeo 5 a backflip with a 540 rotation or 180?

precisely, it equals a 540 because the front flip is a 360 degree rotation + the 180 gives you the 540

basically but it usually isn't just a front flip w/ a 180 and a rodeo isn't realy just a back flip w/ a 180- (I think that would actually be a flair) While your feet do go above your head you still spin. When I do mistys or rodeo's it def feels like I do a 540. The flatter you throw them the better they look and the more it feels like a 540 (in my opinion)
