poor management and complete lack of cooperation between the "employees" which consisted of a string of random kids around the country that can crochet. I ordered some hats on a "special deal" ended up having to pay 15/hat and didnt see so much as a thread of any of them for 7 months. Bons got out of there before the whole shithouse went up in flames and saved his name
