wow that kid has amazing balance and coordination for a 4 year old. i wasn't that good until i was 8. i could hardly ski a groomer when i was 4.

dude the kid can ski, but i cant stand lil kids like that who go off the sides of jumps. if you cant hit a jump the correct way then dont hit it and go do a smaller one. that just annoys me so much.

ok, so i think hes good, better than me at 4 BUT, heres some complaints i have

1-he leans back too much

2- he slides his turns

3- he's fairly outta control


i think when starting skiing they need to be able to SKI before hitting jumps and shit

Shit. I started when I was 4. I didn't start getting air until I was...7 maybe? Once that kid gains muscle control and gets some good skiing technique engrained then he will rip it everywhere. I'm stoked to see kids like this out there being good AND having fun!

Very true. I also notice that his counter-rotation is off, he's unweighting his inside edge too early in his turns, he's loading his tails too much which only further skids his turns, and his elbows are too far out which are messing up the placement of his pole plants. Stupid four-year-olds think they own the mountain, getting air without having refined technique. Get that kid in a racing program before he starts having fun.

hahaha i was thinking the exact same thing about getting him into a racing program... i also noticed the pole plants, and then i realized his poles are almost as tall as him haha, he needs some steezed out 14 inchers or something. kids gonna be good tho, hopefully his parents keep him grounded and he doesn't lose his head at a young age.

this kid is really really good for 4. i didn't even ski when i was 4. i think he will get better form and stuff once he gets a little stronger and has better muscle control.

go ahead, say what you want everybody...this kid is not alone. there is more like him just chillin out there completely and utterly unknown. just wait ten years and every 15 year old will be throwing dub cork 1260s onto 150ft rails then dub cork off into a 600ft butter onto the chair. just wait. we will be relegated to getting drunk in the lodge watching our 5-15 year olds kick our asses up and down the hill. i feel fucking old at 21 now....shiiiit.

that kid rips for a 4 year old and in another 5,6 years he will be amazing for his age but where i ski there is this dad that lets his 4 year old or so (real young) snowboarder hit all the boxes and stuff the easy ones and everyone lets him t rhough no complaints if he messes up takes to long cause hes fucken 4 but that kids gunna be amazing

All the haters don't understand that at four years old you don't have the muscle control to do the things you're expecting him to do. I can't believe he was able to do what he's doing. The kid shreds hard for his age, and not just getting air, in the woods and on regular terrain too. He's so fucking good for four it doesn't even make sense.
