Road bike racing

So how many of you NS road race. i do and it's the hardest workout I do besides XC running.
just finished a race 44 miles of pain and suffering

yea, I don't road race, I DH and DJ, but I have respect for it, it's a tough thing. I have a 10 speed road/commuter bike a cruise on sometimes, and it's a good workout.

I race...I live in oregon and theres a ton of racing out here. During the summer you could race 4 days a week if you wanted to.

If I crank like crazy I can beat roadies off the line on my DH bike.

They usually don't know we're racing though.
