MAC tips

can we just get people to list some mac tips like the
zoom in, and control alt command 8. i would really enjoy more of these.

screen shot: apple + shift + 3

screen shot (lets you select what to take a shot of): apple + shift + 4

screen shot (lets you select a window to take a shot of): apple + shift + 4, then click spacebar-
this one may only be in leopard tho

if you type math expressions into the spotlight bar it gives you answers (ex, if you do 4*3 it says that it equals 12)

apple + w closes the current window. way easier then going to the red circle in upper left.
