I'm going to paint an old pairs of skis I have and want to take off the bindings before hand, but have never taken bindings off. I was just wondering if I just unscrew them will a shop justbe able to screw them back in or would it be more involved than that? Is their anything else that I should know before I go at it besides sanding/primer/design/clear coat?
as long as you don't strip the holes then you should be able to just re-drill the bindings in the same place. but i would but something to mark the holes and make sure paint dosen't get in.
