Replying to 14 Year Old Cop Chase

So theres this kid at my school i know (total wigger), sat next to him in science and just lashed out at teachers and stuff it was funny sometimes.The other day i was driving to football lifting and i see 3 cop cars by the woods next to these bad apartments. Turns out that kid stole stuff from 5 houses and when the cops came to his house, he took his moms car for a spin around his neighborhood to avoid the cop.He was later arrested and put into juvy..i don't know what to say.. a 14 year old joyride?
