Does anybody have a hdd camera for filming ski ? Does the vibration affect the hdd?

I don't think it does...but thats as far as I know

I know you're not looking for this response, but I'll give it to you anyway.  Tapes > HDD right now.  That might change as new technology comes out, but I feel that miniDV tapes still trump HDD in storage ability, efficiency, and whatever.  So yeah.
