New park ski, looking for some suggestions

All right guys,

im 5'10'' and i weigh 200 pounds some im a pretty big guy. I have been liking stiffer park skis as of late my last couple pairs were chronics and addicts and i loved them both. but brogan gave me his old ignitions and i was really enjoying those even though they have a more medium flex with a soft tip. so i was wondering what you guys would suggest for a park ski, i will be center mounting them and i already have other skis to handle everything else. Ive got obsetheds, rossi bc wrs, and i think im either going to pick up a pair of hellbents or ep pros. so i dont need anything for pow. also id like a long ski, i had 181 addicts and i felt like those were a little small so im hoping for something in the 180+ range

deffinetly addicts.but also the new salomon suspects im pretty sure are stiff

the rossi ghetto from this year was quite stiff at least to me but i only weigh 160 pounds, so a 180 ghetto could work for you

New dumont or suspects but the suspects got a softer tail than the dumont but the dumont can get a bit edgeyyyyy

i dont think an anthem would be good for me, to soft and not big enough.

what do u guys think of surface watch life's?

The MSPs would be a little too wide for a park ski IMO, just because they are bigger.  I think the fattest I'd go for park would be the anthems at 92.  The MSPs are 96, perfect for all mountain, but for pure park, not so much

I've heard mixed reviews on the Watch Life's...some say they're great, some say they're shit, but I've never ridden them.  Buying them would mean supporting an underground company, and from what I hear, they're specs sound pretty decent to fit your needs.  Look into it.  I'm pretty sure they have a bomber warranty too.  Again, don't quote me on this.

MSP's are not too wide for park whatsoever... They are a great all around ski, and they are definitely soft enough to rip in the park.. especially if this guy hovers around 200 lbs.

I wouldnt reccomend the anthems.. i weigh about 130 soaking wet, and i find those things to be just way too soft to do anything outside of the park... they are basically just the invader, but wider.. so.. take your own opinion from that. 

Again, i'm going to say, try out the Boone 93mm 180s... mainly because they have just about the right length for park, but they are also so resiliant and durable so far that its ridiculous.

Here are Some other reccomendations that arent so biased though.. :P
-Armada Pipe Cleaners
-Reno Freebirds
-Volkl Walls and/or bridges
-Liberty Phil Larose pro.
-Fischer addict PRO. (dont get the regular addict.. its not as stiff as the pro, and the extra stiff feel should be beneficial based on the threadmaker's weight)

thanks for all the suggestions, its just kind of hard for me to take your boone recommendations seriously because you ride for them. how many days have you put on your boone skis, are they delaming? edge damage? how heavy are they(doesnt really matter all that much)? whats the warranty like?

Well.. its not like I've never ridden anything else.. lol. I'll be totally honest here.

The only skis that HAVE delammed from us are a pair that fell off of a roofrack going 80mph down the freeway last season.

The edges are very durable.. Rockwell 48s... same thing that a lot of companies are using these days (Moment has the same edges for this season). They are very durable, and i havent cracked or broken an edge at all.

They arent the lightest skis in the world... but pretty damn light. they have a bamboo core.. which is a bit heavier than something like Aspen but probably a bit lighter than a fir poplar core. The 93 that I have in a size 180 are about the same weight as the 06 ARV's I also have, which are a little shorter at 175 length.

Not sure on what we are doing for our warrenty yet... but I can get that information to you in a PM sometime later this week if  you want to remind me about that in a PM.
