I'm at the point in the summer where i'm done with the heat and can't wait to shred.  I have nothing more to add.  I just needed to vent to people who understand.

The snow took forever to melt here and it really infringed on my DH season.  I love biking just as much as skiing, so every season has a lot to look forward to except a few weeks in the fall that are very un-rad.

definatley sucks, but everyday that passes makes that first snow that more exciting. anyways its time to replenesh fuel funds and use any excess money on new gear i dont really need :)

I feel the exact same way. If there was no summer, I'd probably still be on 170 cm 05 salomon screams. But thanks to work, I have a pair of 186 scratch steeze's and am am now looking forward to a pair of 192 moment garbones.

Waiting for the end of november when i get on my skis. And the summer has been a bitch too, it hasnt been really warm for like over a month, and its rained almost every day.

I was sick of the off season until school finished. Then I started slaying my backyard setup tri weekly and learning mad tricks. I slay the tramp trying to master jump tricks and opp spins. The off season is a training season. I can't wait to take some of this to the hill this winter

yeah agreed, i feel like its way too long between seasons especially over here on the ice coast. at least you guys out west can ski until april, for us its like mid march and done.

at least in van we have whistler glacier to shred, pass is only like 200 bucks soo its def worth it

summer is not too bad u can always find snow somewhere the last time i went was june 27
even still it is time the snow gods unleash a wrath of winter
i really wish we would have a giant volcano that what block out the sun for a few months and let us have a mini ice age

know exactly what you mean man. there is always that 2 week gap where there is a little snow in the mountains so you cant MTB but not enough so you cant ski it sucks.

fucking seriously eh.

i'm starting to get the annual snow dreams, i had this one dream a couple days ago that my whole lane way(back lane to all the garrages on my block) was filled with 3-4 ft of pow and there were little pillows to jib off, it was so amazing,......then i woke up....and slit my writs

Toronto ppl lets gets some shit together, just a jib, rail ....something cause i cant stand this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont know what to think. I fucking hate skiing withdrawl, but in order for skiing to come back for me it has to be nov. and that means 2 months of school first. I like having this time off but I wish it was in dec. and jan. In jan last year we had like a 45cm day on a wed at my mountain and my mom said "skip school and go" she drove me and yeah i skied with my mom but it didnt matter cause it was a pow day. next day at school my scoials teacher asked me how me if i got any faceshots!! he skis and is the dopest teacher ever.. other than that school is gay, but i can ski in that time so thats the trade off.

mt snow needs to take thier  250 fan guns and build a mini glacier to hold out into summer, can be done, if snow was made every time temps were in range you would have a good 20 foot base by seasons end{ just 1 trail, like superstar at killington used to be}. seems to be enough interest.
