Bindings for anthem

im 6 foot, 155 pounds, and have the 178 anthems

looking for bindings cheaper then 150 bucks

sorry for thread steal but whats the difference between px 12's and px 12 jib's
and are px12 jibs the same thing as rossi scratch 120's

the only difference between the jibs and the regular px12s that i know of is that the jibs have softer rubber/plastic risers under the binding instead of the hard plastic ones like on the px12Ti, and i dont think the normal px12s have any lifters....as far as know, the normal px12s are the same as the rossis

As far as I know, if a PX isn't a jib, then it has the plastic riser plate.  You can remove it and mount them flat, but you'll have to either get shorter screws or grind them down.  For about $20 more, you can get the PX15 Jib (race toe) and put the wide brake on; if you're really cheap you can just bend the crap out of the brake.

This is a more aggressive binding than the PX 12, but it does not have any lifters, and it has a beefier heel and toe piece.

if you dont want risers/lifters, i believe the rossi px12s (NOT jibs or Ti's) dont have risers....at least when i got my brohan a pair they didnt....if you do order them, if they come with lifters, just take them to a shop and ask the tech to grind the screws down a bit and not mount the lifters....i have skied on px12Ti's with the plastic lifters, and i didnt notice any increased difficulty in the park...now my park skis have px12jibs on them, and the rubber lifters def. arnt big enough to make a difference either way....they add MAYBEE 2mm hight to the binding, and if that messes up your grinding skills at all, theres something wrong with your skiing ability.

go with the px 14 ti dude they a great binding. some1 on here is selling some his name is dynastarskier71 he's got a pair hes selling for cheap. best binding for anthems great amazing binding ever almost like they were designed for anthems. talk to him he can hook you up
