I coughed up blood. I dont know if it was from my throat or lungs.
heres some background
i dont smoke the tobacco
did salvia a few days before out of a bong
was smoking out of a metal pipe last night.
throat is sore, but it came up during a cough so theres the uncertainty.
Think its anything to worry about? because if it is i'll take a break from the ganja herb and just drink.

Im going to be honest with you. I don't think it really is going to effect you. My buddy did the same thing once and he thinks it was because he smoked a lot out of a metal pipe which was really harsh than later started coughing a lot. It wasnt much blood and he said he didn't think it was anything major.

Metal pipes are always the harshest. Probably had something to do with that. How much did you smoke out of it?

stick to paper and glass my friend. dont ghost your hits either (holding them so long that little smoke comes out, therefore its all stuck in your lungs)
