Back Pain from Trampoline

I recently got a trampoline. the first day I got it, i jumped on it a lot, the next morning, I had bad pains in my upper back. I didn't land on it weird so I am guessing it was too much too soon? It has been a few weeks now and my back still hurts. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

well it may be your body getting used to constant imapct but my lower back hurts quite a bit now and im not sure if it is from trmapin or not

yes in the lower back. I had kidney problems when I was younger so I was freaking out that I was having a kidney failure but it turns out the muscle was just realllly tight. stretch somehow and you should feel better. The pain I had started from shoveling and was minor for about two weeks and then when I would just on the tramp I couldn't last more than like 5 minutes.

its perfectly normal. same thing happened to me when i first got a tramp, and my friend who had the same problem. just wait a few days and the pain will go away
