I'm so stoked to get back on the snow after 7 months of down time. Anybody who will be shreddin breck or keystone ill see you there around early january. Any suggestions for gettin back on the snow after a blown knee? Thanks!
Take it easy the first time back on snow, just because your knee is completely healed doesnt mean that you should go around hucking kangaroo flips your first day back. Start off with just straight airs and basic shit like sliding rails, and then progress onto harder stuff. Make sure you get the speed right on jumps as well because a simple case or overshoot could fuck up your knee even more.
tore my ACL, and i just followed doctors instructions of braces and what not, that ended my season, and by the next season, i didnt need a brace anymore, sure it still hurts a little, but i havent had any major problems with it
