Replying to Joystick customer service...eh
So I e-mailed to see if I could get a couple of the standard on-piste baskets because I bought a couple pairs of poles that only had the powder basket. The response was that I could mail in a check and the baskets would be $5 a set and they would send them to me. First off, I was a bit disappointed to find out that they are still in the 90s and I couldn't pay with PayPal or a credit card, and secondly that it $5 for a couple pieces of cheap plastic that might cost a quarter to fifty cents to make. I suppose they should get a little slack since they are a smaller company that probably couldn't afford to give away free stuff, but all I am asking for it small plastic pieces for a part of their product that I already purchased. Am I wrong? Was this good service?
