Lost signal....

im so sick of my tv always goin out when its a little windy or rains a bit..... or when ever it just feels like it has to lose its signal..... any ways i have dishnetwork and it seems like my signal is always being lost.... for example right now its just raining and it cant find a signal..... any way jus wanted to no if anyone else has this problem???
