WOW..im def gonna move to california.....the Cali government is really smart though.....think about how much money they are going to make off of ppl who actually want to grow and sell weed without getting arrested.

ya, the feds can still arrest you, it is similar to denver. in denver it is leagal by city law to carry an ounce and smoke it. the down side is that it is still illeagal in the united states thus the feds can arrest you. but unlikely that will happen
