that's gonna be tough, most warranties are void if you hit rails or boxes

of course they will know.

all the need to see is the rail marks in your base and they know what caused it. they might replace it or they might not.
basically your best bet might be to be straight up with them. if you go back to your shop and say "i don't slide rails" they'll probably laugh at you.
this shit happens and it sucks when it does but don't expect the company to replace your skis

I'm going to be the pessimist and say you're screwed. I realize you think you have a claim but you really don't. From working in a shop I have seen so much warrantied equipment. I can tell immediately if the item will be warrantied or not.

Unfortunately for you, you chose Rossi for a rail ski. They make great skis and all but they are a big conglomerate and they can't make exceptions like the smaller more core companies can.

I ride Scratch BCs. they delammed at the tips, i tried to warranty them and they said "NO" no warranties for impact damage
