You know the dialing noise someone hears when they are calling you?  How do you make it so they hear a song?  Thanks.

With verizon you do it online.  It's not cheap. 

When it first came out I thought my friends were doing that gay thing with the song as voicemail so I hung up right away.  They got pissed that I'd call and keep hanging up before they picked up.
