Replying to Illegal music problems.........

so i transfered all the illegally downloaded from my old computer to my new one via my zune....then got rid of the old computer. everything worked fine for a few days now on the zune and the computer it wont play most of the stuff because it cant find the rights.....i know the DRM controlls this shit but i need to know if i will fuck myself over by deleeting it or if there is an easier way to go about this
