Thread Picture ID

Im new to NS and I am trying to figure out how i get a picture under my account name when i write something on a thread.  If you know please help.  Karma Points for those who do.

How do I get an icon in the forums?
Click 'My NS' on the Navigation, then click 'Forum Icon'. Icons must be either a gif, png or jpg file and no larger than 50x50 pixels and 2K in size.

I've copied and pasted this a bunch of times now, but I've said it once, and it still helps people, so I don't care...

1.  Find a pic on google or wherever
2.  Save Picture As to your comp
3.  Go to the above web address
4.  Click Browse, select your pic
5.  Choose 50 x 50
6.  Do it up
7.  You'll get a zip file downloaded.  Take the pic from that zip file (it should be under the size limit) and put it on ns
