I know I'm responding pretty late, but here are a few things I have to say.

1. What the hell is wrong with a guy in Birkenstocks? They're comfortable as hell and I think they look good.

2. 90% of the 'Goth' chicks at my school are lesbians or bisexual.

3. 'Goths' can still be cool to talk to.... I get along with them and some are cool as hell. They may look different, but they usually have a lot to say.

4. I don't have a specific way that I dress. One day I'll wear American Eagle and Aeropostale shit (hey, it was on sale for REALLY cheap when I was down in NC... about $5 per shirt and $15 for pants that ACTUALLY fit my long legs... Not that it matters) with Dr. Martens ($30 thanks to hookups, yeehaw), and the next I'll wear Dickies, a skate shirt, a trucker hat, and my Globes. Other days I'll wear collared shirts or whatever, but why the hell does it matter? In other words, my style seems to be a lot like ReggaeConcept's. I don't believe a person should be definied or classified by the clothes they wear.

5. The only real 'Goths' I have a problem with are those who look down on you because they automatically assume that you're looking down on them. For example, I was in the mall a couple weeks ago outside of Zumiez with a couple of my friends (one of my guy friends was dressed in tight pants, cowboy boots, and the cowboy hat for shits and giggles ), and a group of three or four 'Goth' people (one guy and the other girls) walked by. One of the girls had this mad crazy huge 'Cat In the Hat' type hat deal and they just looked really goofyish. Anyway, I smiled at them (like I do to anyone who passes by me and looks at me), and was about to compliment one of their Dickies shirts that I liked, but then the bitch with the hat on started making snot ass comments about how much she hated 'how many god damn preppy sluts there are these days' and blah blah and how ugly and skinny we were and shit and how she hates how we make fun of people who dress different like her. WHAT THE FUCK! I SMILED at her and was about to make a compliment. What a hypocritical thing to say. Oh yeah... the stupidest part was that all three of them were at least six inches shorter than me and skinny as bloody hell, so I have no idea where she thought it would be cool to call me and my friends skinny.
