Jay-Z at Glastonbury

I just saw it live, UNBELIEVABLE so, epicly good, the UK hiphop scene will never be the same again... I just had to put it out there, this is unreal, there was so much controversy as to whether the Headline act at Glastonbury should be a hiphop artist, the crowd loved him, in the words of DJ Zane Lowe, This will be talked about for years to come.

word, just to explain that to anyone who doesn't know the background Noel Gallagher said "hip-hop is 'wrong' for the British festival" and "the decision to book Jay-Z for a headline set at this year's Glastonbury festival was incorrect." so to kick that fool in the teeth Jay-Z covered one of his songs (wonderwall) in Jay-Z's awesome out-of-tune dub, it worked really well, so Defiant, and it certainly payed off !

each to there own, however saying that "hip-hop is 'wrong' for the British festival" after its featured increasingly over the last few does seem "foolish"

wish i could see jayz live in a club / lounge in NYC, would be so worth whatever it'd cost. jayz live i cannot even iimmaaagine. i'd kil lto hear "can't knock the hustle" the unplugged version preformed 10 feet away. damn i'd be twisted.
