It is closed for the winter season. Summer backcountry waivers are in style and they'll let you bring your gear on if you sign one, but the tram runs 30m/1hr intervals which is a bummer.

That being said, Baldy Main or Pipeline will be primo this weekend!

Yes...yes you did.

It was pretty sketch, he turned past the first rider who went down then spun a 180 on the water and rode out switch!
