yeah, my friend ran across the graduation stage today wearing a penis costume. and he graduated last year. he got arrested like 10 mins later. we got it on video, but heres a few pics/a news article.

aparently the tape got messed up, but you can still see some of the footage.
and my friend who was supposed to bring it over forgot it, but ill get it soon.

My friend did something similar at my graduation a few weeks ago. He rigged up a fake erection so when he walked up there and shook the guys hand it went up and poked him. It was classic.
