Replying to Castle vs Fernie?

Hey guys i posted this in the Interior forum as well but I wanna hear what everyone has to say about this.
I'm moving down to Crowsnest Pass this summer for a year and need to decide pretty quickly if I wanna get a pass for Castle or Fernie. I've never been to Castle, but I've heard really good things, plus its a bit closer and cheaper.
Who's season is longer, who gets better snow, and who has the best terrain? Obviously Fernie is quite a bit bigger, but I'm cool with a smaller mountain if its got good terrain.
