first they tenderize the pork, then they marinade it for a couple of hours, add some spices and what not. then toss em on the grill and wha-lah, instant loop.
soooooooooo simple. i set up a bunch in my yard.

What sort of skill is required to actually ride the loop? Is it just a matter of getting the right speed and aiming your skis or is there something more intense to it?

It's the same loop they used in Unleashed Snowboarding. It's dvd-version has an extra where it's all explained.

it'd be a lot harder on a skateboard like bam was trying because to manage that much pressure on your board (due to g-forces or whatever the hell its called) than it would be to manage on skis... so i think that it'd be like gaining 100 pounds and turning at the same time, what'd be really cool is if they had a loop then had a quarter pipe right after it
