40-50ish $, you can poach coc pretty easily, don't even try and poach momentum...theres so many kids at coc and they rarely check your pass when you come in, you can also enter from the top of the t-bar on the right...mt hood is ok, it's a pain tho cuz you kinda have to hike public, don't get caught poaching the hood camps tho, you can get a bad rep out there very easily, windells staff can be pretty territorial

To answer your questions: Yes you can ski at them without going to camp, and Hood has the better public park.

I once saw a couple snowboarders poaching Momentum, they got caught and I don't think they made it out alive...
