Most people have heard about the Mayan's theory that the world will end on December 21, 2012. What do you guys think?  Will it happen?

i hope it does. i hope that as the time approaches some scientist figures out that were all gonna die and theres nothing we can do to stop it so for like the whole week before there is like a gnarly fucking massive rave that everyone goes to and all the sickest people are there. like snoop dogg, tiesto, lil wayne, sts9, and a bunch of other sick performers. and so everyone spends their last few days in a massive party with like everyone taking rolls and then we all get naked and the whole thing turns into a huge drug fueled orgy and then just like that were all dead

it is going to be (IMO) a conscious shift among the beings of the earth things are going to change, they have to, stuff cant go on much longer like it is now, its not going to be a mass Apocalypse's its not going to be mass death and chaos.

and (sorry for the double post) thats true, its not necessarily supposed to end
the mayan calendar completes its 13th baktun cycle, and the date of the start of the calender is repeated for the first time in over 5000 solar years, and it is supposed to mark a change in the world, possibly a transition from this world to the next, which is where the "end of the world" idea came from
