Replying to Who needs community service hours in Bellingham
Because I’ve begun my Eagle Project, and it was approved by the district. I am sending this out now to see how many of you will be available to help me out on my project. The project will be over 3 days, and if you can make it to all 3 days, then that would be optimal, but only working one or two would be greatly appreciated as well.
The project will be at Woodstock farm on July 8th, 10th, and 11th from 9:00am to 12:00pm each day. For the first and second days I will need as many volunteers as I can, but I’m aiming for 15 volunteers, especially on the first day. For the third day, I will only need around 10, and at the end of each day I will have pizza brought to the site for lunch.
If you could email me in the next week or two saying yes! I am available to help out, that would help out a lot with my planning. The best email to reach me at would be Richard.hodgson@comcast.net , and my lovely secretary Rick will write you down for helping out. I will be out of town from Thursday the 26th ‘til the 5th, so if you have any more questions, he will be briefed on the subject.
For those who know that they will be able to help out, we will be meeting from 8:30-8:50 at the North Chuckanut trailhead to carpool to Woodstock farm, as parking is limited on-site.
Thanks, and I look forward to seeing you!
